The night manager on duty during our stay was quite unimpressive. We had to seek him out to check in. We were not greeted or welcomed. We felt that we had infringed on him as he was doing something in the office that was much more important than helping us. He did not explain that if we wanted full maid service, then we needed to request it; otherwise, no room housekeeping services would be provided. The hot tub and swimming pool were fine, and we enjoyed the restaurant.
