Disappointing Staff, Food not good, rooms are Okay, but with only one phone charging point and not working. Tata Sky was started only after repeated reminders. Bathroom geyser was broken, although it was working.

Scammed
The reception staff offered to help us book train tickets from Delhi to Agra and back but, upon arrival in Delhi, my friend and I learned that we had been charged double the fare of the train tickets, with the hotel staff pocketing our extra cash! (To the sum of 2200/- Rs) Whilst the people I spoke with at head office were understanding and seemingly corporative, we are yet to receive any resolution on the matter. Furthermore, the company they booked our tickets through refused to give a full refund after we did not catch our train (which is another story). Super dodgy, highly illegal, and would not recommend!
