This hotel was close to all city attractions and on the Le-Puy Camino route. The staff were helpful on arrival however on leaving at 8.00am the next day they were nowhere to be seen and we had to leave without a breakfast.

Des l’arrivée d’autres clients avait pris ma chambre, je me retrouve donc à changer. La porte d’entrée de la chambre a du mal à fermé, énormément de toiles d’araignées, pas de lumière dans la « salle de bain » plus de savon au lavabo. Wc très petit, difficile de s’asseoir car on est complément collé à la porte. De la terre sur le sol, 5cm de poussière sous le lit et j’en passe. Je ne recommande pas

Comment vous décrire les lieux......nous étions deux couples, donc deux chambres à comparer ! Dans l'une pas de papier toilettes, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, des draps tachés, et une sensation d'humidité ambiante, dans l'autre, 4 belles toiles d'araignée, une literie abominable. Le seul point fort, être en plein centre historique.

Tres passable.
Difficile de trouver une place de parking auto en plein centre ville. Chambre sans télévision. Pas propre. Evier bouché. Tirette du WC cassée. 2 grosses taches sur le sol WC. Urine ? Literie très passable et matelas super mou. On se retrouve très vite au milieu du lit. Petit déjeuner non copieux. Manque de pain.

Nous avons été surpris de constater qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un hôtel, puis au lieu d'avoir un studio comme annoncé nous avons eu deux chambres séparées alors que nous étions en famille. La personne n'était pas présente pour notre départ ni le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Aucun téléviseur, pas d'équipement (produits de salle de bain, sèche cheveux, etc...) La propreté de la salle de bain était à déplorer, joints noircis, faible éclairage. Bref un séjour décevant dans l'ensemble pour le prix.
