The ac didn’t seem to cool the upper loft very well. The elevator didn't go to the top floor; dragging our luggage up and down that last flight of stairs was difficult.

I don’t normally stay in hotels. I prefer Airbnb but Amsterdam was overly expensive for one of those so I opted for a hotel. This place was easy to check in, clean and comfy. We were on the very top floor so the view was nice. Lots of schools in the are so it was a bit loud during recess but nothing crazy. The breakfast Buffett was delicious! Lots of variety to choose from and some great bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance. There was an Aldi close by that we stopped in to get bottled water and snacks. The beds were very comfy and the shower water super hot (which I love). I would stay here again and suggest it to friends.
