The space was nice, very clean and newly remodeled, and the location was good for walking to eating establishments and seeing the heart of the city, but we had a room that was adjacent to one of the main streets in town and all night we heard vehicles going by, the horn of the train and the air conditioning kicking on and off (it didn't have an option for continuous fan) which made it impossible to get a good night sleep. This was important for me as I was in town on business and needed to get an early start. The second night, I got ear plugs and slept on the sofa in the area farthest from the street and did better. Also, there was a musty smell when we arrived, but it got better when we turned on the air and I sprayed air freshener. It would have been a great value for the money if we had been able to sleep well. Communication for check in was good.

The Motels cleanliness, comfort and price is superior to most 3 star chains. The keyless check in and text communication made gaining access to the room simple. My stay wasn't about amenities. I needed a clean comfortable place to relax, shower and sleep. This spot was roomy and more like staying at a crafty aunts converted basement guess suite.

Very beautiful and clean! Used as a spot to stay for a few days during my birthday while I visited people in Denver and Nebraska. Took beautiful birthday pictures here! You can they take pride in the appearance! Not shown is a cool outdoor tv area just to add! Only thing is the bathroom has minimal privacy as a lot of Colorado restrooms have the sliding doors :)

Parking is a challenge……😢
The biggest issue I had was the parking. If you have a compact car it’s great, we were in a crew cab dually pulling a 20 ft trailer. We had to park half a block away on the street. The other thing was I opened the refrigerator to put in some items from our cooler, it was turned off and the smell was terrible. It made the enter room stink like moldy fridge.
