A beautiful hotel in downtown Colima, close to the main cultural attractions and restaurants. The only issue is that the patio rooms have tables outside the rooms and noisy conversations can be an issue.

Buen lugar.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y gentil. El lugar solia ser una hacienda o algo asi me contaron los locales, por lo que la distribucion es algo rara. Debido a eso, restringen la entrada de visitantes, algunos amigos me visitaron y se sentia como que nos vigilaban. Fuera de eso tod muy bien, el desayuno buffet excelente.

No me gustó que pagué en la app una habitación con cama KZ y aire acondicionado; al llegar al hotel me dieron una habitación diferente con cama matrimonial y ventilador, justificaron que por el precio de la app (por mis descuentos) entonces ese precio equivale a adquirir la habitación que me dieron; en la app no mostraron foto de la habitación, solo especificaciones, habia una leyenda que decia zona colonial A (uno como usuario no conoces las zonas) de esa leyenda se agarraron para decir que esa habitación corresponde a la zona que dice la app.
