When I arrived to the hotel, I showed the receptionist my reservation confirmation, but he told me that my booking is cancelled because there was an error on the Internet and the price is wrong.
I had no option but to make a new booking at the hotel and I paid 10 times the rate I found and paid when I booked online, and the room wasn’t worth what I paid by any means. I requested a refund from the receptionist for what I have paid online, but he refused to refund me and told me you should contact hotels.com.
I think it’s a game, they put very low prices on hotels.com to attract customers, then they till them to as wrong price so they don’t have options but to pay what they ask for. Really very very bad.
I believe bottle.com should take an action, refund me and compensate me for the loose I had because of this.
