If you are seeking for the free shuttle bus services provided by the hotel, you would be punctual to wait in the lobby EVERYTIMES, but keep waiting to those who late EVERYTIMES and shout super loud, don’t stay in this hotel.
If you are seeking for a calm atmosphere for sleep, and don’t want many noise from those who speak Mandarin as yr refreshments, please don’t stay in this hotel

풀빌라 숙박했어요
시설은 훌륭했지만 에스코트 해주는 남직원이 그리 친절하지 않았습니다
독채까지 올라가는 승강기를 꽤 오래 기다려야해서 자주 외출하기는 번거로워요
조식은 평타 그 이외 시설은 매우 훌륭합니다
조용히 쉬실분들께 추천

Hotel staff and grounds are amazing, attention to detail is spot on. We had an issue with our room and ant but staff went above and beyond to resolve it, would definitely recommend staying here.

The food is amazing and the room service is 24 seven. The funicular required to go from pool level to the pool villas upstairs is quite slow but is unique and enjoyable.
The greenery in the resort is a welcome change to looking at concrete roofs all the time. The staff is extremely accommodating and happy to go above and beyond to make your trip comfortable.

The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. This happened straight in front of me and I had to remind the receptionist and only then did I receive a apology and offered a drink. 2. Breakfast, waiting to be served my cooked egg, only to be ignored by the shelf who rather serve the white customer first. I brought this up with management, they apologised and sorted my breakfast. All staff should be trained better and for them to learn to treat all customers the same regardless of their skin colour. Other than that all good.

Alles super. Es fauert nur sehr lange bis der Aufzug zu den Pool Villas kommt und die Moskitos sind auch ein richtiges Problem. War in keinem Hotel bisjer so schlimm mit den Moskitos
