This hotel was in a location with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best I had in Japan. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel location was perfect for tram stop 34, the hotel was fine but for a slight odour of cigarette smoke in our non-moking room.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast whilst not the best we have had in japan was also fine.
Would stay again

Excellent hotel with a fantastic, tasty and varied breakfast. Our 4 day stay here was very comfortable. The only negative issue relates to location: the hotel is on a narrow lane, unattractively festooned with electricity cables, full of bars and night venues. Safe but unattractive.

A little bit humid in the hotel, and AC were slow to cool the room. Other than that, all good, staff courteous, well located, no issues. There is an extra 1000Yen charge for parking.

Excellent western style hotel near Chinatown
Very comfortable stay, nice room (on smaller size but typical for Japan) with lots of amenities. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Hotel very near trams stop so can easily get to train station and other sights of Nagasaki (tram passes sold at hotel front desk) and walking distance to Chinatown.
