Conforto num belo cenário em Monte Verde
Quarto bem espaçoso, limpo e confortável, com uma linda vista para as montanhas. Vagas de estacionamento em frente à recepção. Café da manhã saboroso, com variedade de opções. Não tem elevador no prédio principal. Construção antiga, distante do centro (acesso pavimentado, mas algumas ruas com trechos de terra). Lugar bastante aprazível.

O lugar é incrível. Muito limpo e organizado. Funcionarios espetaculares. O melhor pão de queijo que já comi. Tudo feito com muito carinho. O hotel vale cada centavo. Só senti falta de espelho grande no quarto e lixeira. Falta também corrimão na piscina aquecida, meu esposo ficou com muita vontade de usar ela, mas por estar com dificuldades de mobilidade ficou temeroso diante da falta de corrimão.

Ótimo hotel com um variado café da manhã. Chalés são bem confortáveis e as dependências do hotel tem trilhas e uma área verde muito bonita. Pontos negativos são os acessos para os chalés, algumas condições gerais do hotel, como lâmpadas queimadas, vidros quebrados e entre outros itens, mas não atrapalha uma ótima experiência de hospedagem em Monte Verde.

Hotel antigo e sem manutencão
Nossa estada no hotel Meissner Hof não foi boa. Reservamos um chalé com lareira, mas não tivemos isto! Após a reserva, recebi um contato do hotel dizendo que a suite reservada no site não estava disponível, e que iriam nos dar um “upgrade”. Mas quando chegamos lá, não foi bem isso. O chalé que nos deram (Chalé 7) NÃO tinha lareira e ainda ficava fora da estrutura do hotel ! Era um pequeno chalé “ao lado” do hotel mas fora da área comum do hotel. Tínhamos que passar por uma área de serviço para ter acesso ao hotel. Reservamos este fim de semana para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, mas não tivemos uma boa experiencia. Além disto, as áreas de lazer do hotel estão muito degradadas. A quadra estava cheia de mato e sem manutenção, impossível de usar. Diversos campos de mini golf (para que tantos?) sem nenhuma manutenção, cheios de plantas e mato crescendo. Meu filho sentou-se em uma cadeira suspensa e a mesma despencou com ele (por sorte nao o machucou). Os guarda-corpo de madeira todos soltos (minha filha quase caiu ao se apoiar em um deles). No inverno, é impossível usar a piscina externa pelo frio; no entanto, a piscina interna aquecida só pode ser usada após as 14h ????? Sobre a limpeza, durante nossa estada não houve serviço de quarto, sem arrumar as camas, sem retirar o lixo !!! Em resumo, o hotel tem um charme rústico no sede, mas a área externa está bem degradada e sem manutenção e os serviços deixam bem a desejar ! Não gostamos da estada, não voltaremos.

Falta de cuidado
Apesar de a propriedade ser muito bonita a falta de cuidados é evidente, principalmente dentro da acomodação. O chalé estava muito empoeirado alem do forte cheiro de mofo. Embaixo das camas estavam com “camadas” de poeira, cabelo e pelo de roupas. Durante o café da manhã dei um pão com manteiga para o garçom pedir para colocar na frigideira para meu filho e ele falou q não poderia… também pensei q um aparelho de tostex/ misteira poderia ser disponibilizado, já q tem um baixo custo. A qualidade do café da manhã é boa, as frutas frescas, apesar de os sucos serem industrializados. O strudel servido era muito bom, crocante e doce na medida.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O hotel é de fácil acesso e com vista privilegiada de Monte Verde. Quanto à acomodação, pelo preço da diaria, esperava que fosse mais aconchegante. A limpeza deixou a desejar também; tinha teia de aranha em alguns cantos do quarto. As almofadas do sofá cama estavam sujas, empoeiradas e com cheiro de mofo. Aliás, muitos ambientes no hotel cheiram a mofo. O café da manhã foi bom, tinha várias opções de salgados e doces.
