We had a lovely stay, good hot running water and a decent bed to rest our tired heads. There was a kettle and one coffee sachet in the room, it did the job. Just don't expect the Ritz...

Do not stay in warm weather. Room was so hot it made us feel ill! Even though outside was cold! Got an extra fan from reception but it made no difference so we had to leave at 2am. The bedsheets felt like plastic too. Nice views and would be better in cooler weather

Parking was great staff very friendly. We had one pack of 3 biscuits between us in the room which wasn't very welcoming on our first night. Generally everything was good and we would stay again. Negatives, furniture was very dark although the room was light bright and airy. Bed was very comfortable and our window looked out onto the Union Canal which was nice. The room was very warm even with a fan provided but it didn't do a lot for both sides of the bed. Location was good with amenities close by. Yes it's not perfect but respectable considering room tarifs.

I had to make a quick emergency trip to England and ran into some booking issues on my end, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful in getting everything sorted out. Really appreciated their kindness during a stressful time. Clean, comfortable hotel and great service overall. I would definitely stay again. Thank you again to the manager for getting everything sorted out for me.
