This is a wonderful location, just across the street from the Kyoto train station. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The price is very affordable for this convenient location, which made our travel much easier. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but perfect for an overnight stay.

This was a serviceable hotel near the train station and the conference center. The facilities are clean but dated, and there are limited amenities. The rooms are very small. It was a tight squeeze for two people in a double room. However, the bathroom was spacious and well organized.

Hotel seems new, clean, quiet. Great location by the tram stop and near the station though it is an uncovered walk in the snow. Bathroom floor is level with the room. Sliding screens for the window so much better than curtains and block out 100% of the light. TV is small but HDMI port is easily accessible. Good breakfast. Just couldn't get the climate control the heat the room comfortably though, the vent is in the ceiling and all the warm air collects up there. If I stand up I could feel my head warm but my feet still cold, so kind of have to crank the heat to get it down to the bed level, but then it ends up making the room hot.

Hotel Stuffs were very nice all the time. When my kid called to front, she was told to come to the front because the person couldn't communicate in English. There were lockers we can use anytime. That was really nice.

The hotel is super convenient because it’s located right across from the Nagasaki station and next to the electric train station, which goes to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and facilities are nice. Currently, the exterior of the hotel is being renovated but it doesn't impede anything, on the other hand, it helped me fine the hotel quickly. The only down side is the laundry room and vending machines are on the smoking floors. Although I had a non-smoking room/floor, I could still faintly smell the smokers. Over all, it was a good experience. =D

Right across the street from the train station. Undergoing some exterior construction (?) with scaffolding outside but did not see any workers or experience any noise or inconvenience. Super clean and Big room by Japanese standards! Even a separate closet/ alcove with room for luggage. Coin laundry, free ammenities, breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Stay in July
Cleanliness was fine and the room was fine, although it was a bit small. The fridge was very small, but didn't make much notice, which was great. The room was very quiet. Check in felt a little rushed, I wasn't allowed time to take off a heavy backpack. Overall the hotel uses a lot of polite and a bit obscure kanji on its writing, so it is hard to navigate, even with intermediate Japanese skills. They had some English options though, so I could manage.

The hotel was right across Nagasaki station with over-pass bridge. There is a convenient store a few steps away. It is under construction so exterior is completely covered. Breakfast for 1500 yen extra is excellent with many choices and the food was delicious. Staff are friendly and respectfully. The check in process was fast and they have a monitor screen to allow customers to check-in and pay for the hotel stay with changes back automatically. There are tram stops outside the hotel in the middle of the road. The only thing I will complain was the construction noise. After I checked in shortly after 3 PM and until before 5 PM, the construction noise I heard from my room was loud so I could not rest. Since they already warmed me in advance, I did not complain. If without the construction noise, I will stay at the hotel again, if I ever travel to Nagasaki which is a beautiful city.
