No one was available upon check in. After messaging customer service via whatsapp, it took a follow up message to have someone come check me in.
Upon entry in the room - aircond remote was not working. Came down 4 stories to change the remote.
Later the evening, realized bath towels were not in room, went down again to collect.
At night, the room was so warm and I was told I couldn't get a room change because they're full (didn't appear so because many rooms had their lights off at 9.30pm). The attendant was kind enough to provide a fan after I asked.
In the room, the mattress was thinning, I could feel the springs on my back. Shower head was repaired using tape and some light bulbs were blown. Water kettle had water in it when I arrived.
