Perfect place to stay!!!! Everything is right there and it is absolutely adorable! Snacks and drinks available for your stay and great help with parking on property or off property. Great AC which is my top priority👍

Overall a great stay at the Merchant. The girl at check in was very friendly and helpful. She also made some banging freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our room was room 7 on the third floor. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and clean. The room could have used some more decorations but that’s not the end of the world. The bathroom was ok; the water splashed out underneath the glass which was not ideal. The water pressure was a little low. The bathroom had essentially no counter space, had to resort to using the toilet seat as a countertop. The morning breakfast options were ok, maybe more variety or changes of options would’ve been nice. The location cannot be beat, super convenient. Also fun that almost every ghost tour comes by, but sadly my husband and I did not have any paranormal experiences here during our stay. All in all, would recommend and would come back.

We checked in after hours so no staff to help us but the directions for what to do after hours was spot on. We just had a difficult time with our heavy luggage walking up 3 flights of stairs. All the snack amenities were awesome. We always got in too late at night to enjoy a fresh hot cookie but it’s a great touch.

The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The staff was sweet. Even when I accidentally parked in the wromg spot and had to move, they were very nice about it. The after office hours check in went smoothly. Our room was absolutely perfect. The fresh snacks every day were top notch! My girlfriend was so excited about them every day. The coffee bar was nice.
