Nice hotel, disappointing experience.
Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

The hotel room was quite new with beautiful lake view, but when we check in, the female receptionist at the old hotel building was very impolite with no smile and she needed to keep our passports overnight just because she was too busy to make photocopy of them. However, we don't have problem with the Male receptionist when we check out.

Estadia perfeita!! Hotel com vista total para o lago. Nosso quarto e banheiro , bastante amplos, confortáveis e bem equipados e decorados. Kivételesen kedves , közvetlen személyzet. A két reggeliztető hölgy nagyon figyelmes, gyors, kedves. A reggeli bőséges, minőségi termékek (mozzarela és kotélparadicsom, pármai sonka és sárgadinnye, sokféle müzli, joghurtok, sajtkrémek, magos és barna zsemlék stb.). A szoba a szokásosnál nagyobb, világos, mert hatalmas üvegfelület van a terasz felé, tökéletesen besötétítő függönnyel. Saját terasszal és saját kert, jól szeparálva a szomszédoktól. Gyönyörű kilátás a tóra. A szoba tiszta, megfelelő mennyiségű szekrénnyel, széffel. A fürdőszobában bidé, hatalmas épített zuhanyzó esőztető fejjel. Minden kifogástalan, ehhez képest nagyon megfelelő ár.
