The apartment wasn’t available
This is not a hotel, it is an apartment in a complex. We were charged but the apartment wasn’t available and nobody notified us. We arrived to the property and there was no one waiting for us so we couldn’t even check in. We asked the neighbors and they didn’t know anything as well. We texted hotels support and they didn’t know anything either. After an hour the neighbors were able to reach out to the owner. She said the apartment is not available and that we have to find another place to stay. Hotel’s representative said she emailed them at the same morning to notify that the property isn’t available but nobody contacted us. They said we will get a full refund but it takes 8 days so we are still waiting to get our money back.
