When we checked in, we were informed of a pet fee for each night stay, I mentioned that we booked through Hotels.com and it said that no extra fee was required, and was told that it used to be that way, but a few months back it changed. I recommended that they inform their booking partners immediately. Additionally them gave us the wrong room from what we booked, they did correct the mistake but the new room was not well lit even with every light on, it was like they were all 20 watt bulbs. The toilet seat slid off the bowl each time we sat down to use it. We were not comfortable in using the shower as it had a dirty washcloth hanging down from the shower head. We were surprised that there was seemingly no noise insulation as we could hear everything from the rooms beside and above us. We did share our experience upon checking out.
