Overbooked :(
At the time we were about to check in the coordinator took long time to confirm my booking which I had paid off via credit card, but it turns out to be overbooking, the coordinator tried to offer a room in another inn but it didn't seem as good as the one I booked,so we just refused to stay and requested for refund.
Management is not well organized and personnel is lack of the ability to handle emergencies. Need training!!
