I recently had the opportunity to stay at Westin Hotel Doha! esteemed hotel and indulged in their spa services. While I generally had a pleasant stay, I am writing to express my disappointment with the spa experience.
During my reservation process, I specifically requested an Oud massage. However, upon having my massage, I was informed that I had been booked for a lavender oil massage instead. Despite my explicit request for the Oud massage during the booking process, your
staff insisted that I had chosen the lavender option.
This discrepancy was disappointing as I had been looking forward to the Oud massage and had even discussed it during my reservation and even took a screen shot of my massage choice orior to making face to face reservation. The inability to receive the requested service impacted my overall satisfaction with my stay.
As a loyal customer of the Westin brand, I valued the exceptional service and attention to detail that their establishments typically provide. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
I kindly request that they review their booking processes and ensure that future guests' preferences are accurately recorded and fulfilled. Additionally, I hope that measures will be taken to prevent such misunderstandings in the future, enhancing the overall
guest experience.
