Disappointing hotel
Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons:
1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel.
2. Towels were worn and stained. Holes were found on towels too and blood stain was found on bed sheet.
3. Lack of shower gel/ shampoo/ bottle water replenishment. That night we went back to the room and found the room door was unlocked, we guess the cleaner forgot to lock after cleaning. After checking nothing was missed, I went to shower and, in the middle of my shower, I found the cleaner did not replenish any shower gel and shampoo! I needed to ask my roommate to get some from the reception and I just waited in the bathroom with my wet body.
4. Drainage system in the bathroom failed to drain effectively and you would found the toilet flood after shower. Again, the staff claimed that was normal.
5. Breakfast choice and portion were very limited. Big guys like me would never be filled after the breakfast. The hotel refused to provide more.
6. Hotel location was remote and more lighting system was required both in house and on the way out. Be aware of abandoned dogs if you choose to walk back to the hotel.
