Despite being located inside an old building, but the hotel is beautifully renovated. It's in the heart of campo de fiori so everything is within walking distance to shops, cafe, restaurants, groceries store, pharm acies, tram stop, etc. We stayed there for 4 nights and will certainly come back again for our next trip to Rome

The location of this hotel is amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I loved being able to walk outside and immediately be in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. The room itself was not in perfect condition, however I would gladly stay there again.

Staff was very nice. Room was spacious for Rome but the bathroom was an odd layout. Church bells were going off frequently and early in the morning so just something to be mindful of. One perk is that this b n b has an elevator but it barely fits one person and a luggage so if you’re a family it will probably take a couple trips to get up to the floor to check in. Overall a good stay

We did not get to check in at this hotel. We even called them a day ahead, and said that we would arrive late because of our plane. When we got there, there were no rooms available. The Spanish suite were not helpful in any kind of way- and we were practically thrown out into Romes streets in the end. The little we saw of the accommodation was not in good condition- and large garbage bags took up some of the hall of the common area. We had to find ourself a new place to stay when either the place or hot

The location was great and the room was a good size. That’s where it stopped. First negative review I have ever given. Check in was stressful and sloppy. No instructions about check in, no response when I rang the bell. Had to call the number which was a service that was no help. Finally someone came and told us that he was the only one to take care of 36 rooms. Finally got checked in. The floor in the room was sticky. The shower had mold all over it and rust was everywhere. They also were doing work outside our rooms at 5:00 am which made it impossible to sleep. Would never stay here again, and would not recommend this place. The only saving grace was the man that finally checked us in was kind. This place needs more help and some serious cleaning and maintenance

Pagato più di 300 euro a notte: Self check-in ma chiave non era disponibile all’arrivo. Non è un albergo ma stanze di un appartamento riconvertito. All’arrivo Non c’erano asciugamani in bagno. Televisione non funzionava. E per 300 euro neanche una bottiglia d’acqua che non fosse a pagamento. Sconsigliato.

Decepcionante!! No volveria
Mi experiencia no fue buena. Reservé el alojamiento porque tenia buenas opiniones. La verdad es que la habitacion que me entregaron no correspondía en lo absoluto a las fotografias que aparecen publicadas. Es un espacio muy pequeño, con ventana que da a la calle frente a unos bares y pub (en el dia cafeterias agradables pero la noche que llegué habia musica a todo volumen y un karaoke donde era imposible ppder dormir. Me encanta la fiesta pero me gusta tambien poder dormir cuando lo deseo. El closet para guardar la ropa es ultra pequeño (eramos 2 personas y simplemente no entrabamos ). El baño limpio y de un tamaño aceptable. Dormi solo una noche en la lugar y cancele la reserva. Se me quedó ni cargador de celular de carga rapida en la habitacion del alojamiento y no lo regresaron. Definitivamente NO volveria ni lo recomiendo. Hay un monton de sitios bien ubicados, mas baratos y mejores que este
