Rooms have deteriorated since last stay in 2023. Mold in shower and on ceiling. Stain on headboard nice bed which I had to use a Lysol wipe to clean. Bed was right up against window so hard to walk around. Very tight space for a King bed.

It’s time for a renovation make over
Wonderful staff very helpful … The room was clean to my knowledge … my only issue …. Some of the things in the room were outdated … the a/c enclosure was old looks like it was there for years.. and I can physically take it apart with my pinky - the desk chair was clearly Ben through some rough times -was scuffed and very worn out , the furniture (closet, table , drawers etc ) and the fridge looks like they were from a garage sale

The hallway and the elevator were dirty and at one point only one elevator worked. Front desk were rude and not helpful. I booked my stay for $219 per night, however, I was charged $355 for second night. I confronted the front desk who told me obnoxiously that the price was set by you. Called your customer service who denied it. I would nevr agree to pay more for my second night. Bad service all round.

I stayed here for a concert. The area is filled with shopping which I loved. I stayed on a Monday to Tuesday. I paid 300 for a night. I expected a room that was far better. To pay a price like that there was barely a bathroom. I liked the valet package for $18 but just was not impressed with the room. Staff was fine nothing crazy to speak of. If you’re going to charge extravagant prices on a regular week day I’d suggest free parking, breakfast COFFEE ;yea they don’t make coffee all that was there was a broken kcup machine which taste awful). This would have been a 5 star review if any of those things were added. Or maybe $150 cheaper. Still waiting to get my deposit which I normally get the next business day but the lady said could take up to a week?! In what world. Anyways there’s my rating. Hopefully better luck and prices next time
