The hotel was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a good variety. The staff at the lobby were very welcoming. However, there was mold visible on the window, likely due to Bogotá's weather and the fact that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, requiring the windows to be open for cool air. If you need AC to sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as the rooms lack air conditioning and the windows are quite small. As someone who prefers AC, I was surprised upon arrival to find that the hotel didn’t have it. However, the staff immediately provided us with two small fans, which made sleeping a bit more comfortable. Overall, the staff, housekeeping, breakfast, and cleanliness of the building(lobby, hall) were the top three highlights of the stay.
