The hotel, its views and location are perfect. Only drawback was that since it is positioned on a main road then it does get noisy with vehicle noise. Since we could not open the windows to add to existing traffic noise, we were reliant on the air conditioning, which is controlled by the main desk so we had disturbed sleep since there was some system installed that would result in the AC shutting down middle of the night.

The stay was ok. Room was clean, everything worked. Private beach shuttle was convenient, but the beach itself was really poor. Not worth it in my opinion. Decent breakfast. Dinner was unfortunately not good, with non fresh seafood.

staff in reception were very helpful in meeting all requests. breakfast was at a good standard for all tastes. good clean hotel, and the location is close to town.. free transfer on the website is misleading, it was explained that it referred only to staff making a booking on a guest's behalf.

The experience overall was great and would highly recommend this hotel. It's convenient and close to the Old market town. My only point to note would be that the cleaners did not replenish the items in the bathroom daily i.e slippers, mittens to scrub yourself and did not provide 2 of each as there was 2 of us staying. They also didn't change the bed sheets and pillow cases daily just made the bed. However the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Good spot and friendly staff. Convenient spot in general. It’s too early for hotel to shut down air conditioners entirely. The weather is still warm. It’s still a bit too warm for sleep at night if we close the window. If we open the window, it’s noisy and smoke smell got in occasionally.

Rooms on the other side just look at wall and don’t deserve more than 50$ . They have to nation that rooms with wall view . There are many hotels in the same area with better rooms and much better price

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The room was fine, worth paying the extra for a sea view, I didn't so I faced some old buildings. Breakfast was fine, didn't try any evening meals as I ate out. Conveniently located to old town for shopping and restaurants, just a 2-3 minute stroll. A regular and free boat shuttle to a private beach was beautiful. A small downside was the reception staff always seemed to be too rushed to ask for any service or advice, and as a result appeared quite grumpy.

Front office staff could be a bit more friendly when it comes to parking. We grabbed the only parking space available which thankfully was right outside the hotel. One staff member shot out at us like a bullet questioning if we were staying at the hotel as if it was private reserved parking (which it isn't).
