We really enjoyed our stay. We were really happy with our free upgrade on our room. The staff were all friendly and the hotel facilities were fab. The hotel could maybe do with a bit of an upgrade on some areas, especially the outer areas with the views from our room. And some communal areas were a bit tatty. The breakfast was spot on. Lots choice and delicious. We went to the restaurant on the Friday evening and were very disappointed. We had to wait for an hour and half before we got our food. This was due to a glitch on the iPads but once this was established the food was still slow which isn’t ideal with little children. Our starter was inedible, we had pork crackling, it was too hard. My burger was awful but the rest of the food was all nice. The drinks were also very slow in coming. We were not given any discount for our bad experience which I felt was disappointing. But the staff were very nice and trying their best. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay

Liked the upgrade, very large room but tired decor and fittings. Mattress very old soft and lumpy with prominent springs poking through. Clean but very tired.

A lovely stay with my partner and little girl, we didnt have a view from our room but we had a safe enclosed space outside to sit. Room was perfect soze for us and enough space for my little girl to play on her scooter too. Breakfast was great, service was good in the restaurant and at reception too, no complaints and we would definitely stay again with plenty to do in and outside of the hotel.

The pool was lovely, but the furniture was dated and tape around the drinks area in the room and mold/dark colours on the sealant, I was never asked if we enjoyed our stay when we handed our keys in, they were just taken, or hope enjoy your stay when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes to be seated on our last day for breakfast. Some of the hotel is modernised and some not, i would come again , near to the beach and a nice walk away to lytham

Spa needs renovation
Excellent stay. Thank you. The only negative was the spa changing rooms. Rusting lockers. Tired Tiling . Cleaning leaves a lot be desired. I don't think the glass spa sauna door has been cleaned in months . It just did not feel very wholesome. Apart from that everything (particularly the restaurant ) exceeded my expectations

We liked the size of the room, big and airy and the facilities available. The only thing i could criticise is the breakfast not the best Ive ever had in a hotel.
