Stayed three days in club suite room.
Good:
New hotel opened early 2017, with technology like motorized curtain, bidet and central control with ipad.
Hotel starts from 40th (?) floor, so good view.
Business lounge on 53rd floor serves beverages and deserts all day long, Ms. Peng (Pen?) Yi and Tian Jing was super nice and kept my kid entertained.
Take-out breakfast can be prepared if you leave before breakfast starts.
Staff in general is professional and helpful.
Improve:
Pool was closed at the time, business lounge manager Ms. Peng (Pen?) Yi offered my family to use the pool in nearby Sheraton, we appreciated that.
A/C can't keep the room cool, regardless what temp was set. It wasn't an issue in the beginning of my stay, but the last day was terrible enough that I have to complaint. It wasn't addressed before I left.
I can't find a wall clock anywhere in my club room!
Shower head is angled toward the door, so lots of water was leaked outside. Adjusting angle is not easy as hose is stiff.
In general, it is a pretty good hotel and I would consider to stay there next time.
