Below expectations, but was cheap
The mobile homes were not in great condition, and the place is a wee bit shabby. We cut short our stay from 5 to 1 night.

Good hotel with great location, not clean
The location is great as it is only a 20 minute train ride into Rome. The room was good except that there was hardly any hot water and it was not very clean.

Too far from main city
The overall condition of room was good with cleaniless and comfort. The most irritating part of the property was too far from city without proper schuttle service from camping. The last shuttle service from connecting metro station stops at 19: 30 in the evening and local transport stops at 21:00 PM. Then there is only choice to raech the camping by walking for 30 minutes.

Lovely campsite
This is the second time we have been to camp tiber, it’s a lovely campsite, friendly staff, lovely pool, great for kids and good access to Rome using public transport. The first time we went had air on in our caravan second time no air on, if aircon is a must check before you book as I fell foul of this and assumed they all had air con.

Tent is raised up from the ground on a plinth so feels more like a cabin. Pool and restaurant are great. Easy to get in to Rome.

Far away
Far away. You need to pay €15 to taxi just to get To the station so u can start your one hour journey to the city.
Although the website was saying it was refundable they didn’t refund my money when I cancelled my reservation. I gave up my money and i just left there.
The shower had the water temperature of 5 degree. Very cold. And no light. Full of insect. The shop is not open most of the times.

Good campsite friendly staff good location
We had a good stay at camping Tiber- Staff were very accommodating, cabin was clean and practical, beds comfy and the on site restaurant was very reasonable.
Access to local train station is through a shuttle bus from the reception- it runs frequently, and wifi works well across the campsite
Only downside is that the pool is only open 10am and 7pm (not great if you want a dip after a busy day in Rome)
Would definitely come again

NOT TO RECOMEND
I think unfortunately this hotel in all my trip was the only one which I didn't like it. It is ok if you are thinking in a camping plan not for long vacations. The instalations are nice, not too bad, the showers are clean and ok, but the service was terrible, the ladies at the reception were not welcoming, they were upset for every thing we asked. When I made the booking I didn't realize there was a camping so they wanted to give me Tents. The service to go to the metro station is too short due if you want to stay longer in the city you have to pay taxi. The Wifi was terrible, you have to be next to the reception the rest areas you can't get the wifi.
I like the restaurant, the guy there Argentinian was so nice, ( the only one) and the store is good and good prices.

Acceptable
No AC, fan blows in one direction. Quiet place, good wifi, pool opens late and closes early. They allowed a bunch of people stay in the restaurant patio who made a lot of noise till 3am and kept us awake the whole time.
