Nice but dissapointing
Location is nice and the property on arrival seemed very nice (lobby). However when we got to our room it had garbage in the refrigerator, representing the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We spoke to front desk and they offered to move us to a different room but we had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. Then when we finally got to the new room the terrace door was locked or broken and couldn’t be opened. They took over a day to send someone to fix it. As a result we only got to enjoy the outdoor space on the last night. Lastly, there were no extra blankets, towels or toiletries despite staying 3 nights. I was a bit disappointed overall with the quality of stay.

It was in a central location and convenient with all the facilities near by specially transport, although the lifts are a little noisy, also the fact that they charge a credit card fee which I wasn't aware of it, it's very disappointing. Not sure if there was any mentioned by Hotels.com of c/c charge when booking was made.

However the room we booked had harbour bridge views on the listing however on check in we were told the room infact faces towards another building and not the harbour. We then had to pay to upgrade the room which was disappointing as the listing had incorrect / false pictures on it.
