Absolutely fantastic, staff so friendly nothing a problem, Dollywood a short free tram ride away, so much to do but would recommend you hire a car or use uber as hotel do not provide a taxi number or service.

From Bugs to Greatness

Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. Shannon from the restaurant, if you're out there, you're incredible and she made our entire trip. Even though our first few minutes in the hotel were a little crazy learning about Tennessee bugs, the hotel came through and did everything they could to make us happy and it worked. We left all smiles.

Great resort with beautiful grounds. Restaurant had delicious food. Dinner was a buffet style and breakfast was a la carte. Felt like an elegant resort without a pretentious atmosphere. Hospitable and friendly staff. Rooms were amazing. We had a suite and enjoyed the his and her bathrooms. Close to major attractions, great restaurants and we would definitely stay there again!
