古い施設だと思いますが、適度に手を入れていますし掃除も行き届いています。ユニットバスなど古さは感じますがリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。一人旅だったので最も狭い部屋を予約しましたが不便は感じませんでした

札幌の繁華街、すすきのの中にあるホテル。場所的にはブティックホテルなどもあるのだが、コンビニも近くにあるしまあいい感じ。施設自体はそれほど新しさは感じないが、室内は結構快適。

フロントは綺麗で清潔感を感じた。客室はいたって普通。どこにでもあるビジネスホテルタイプ。エアコンが一括管理の昔のタイプ。温度の調整は出来るが、暖房・冷房・ドライ等の変更は出来ない。ベッドの寝心地は良かった。 問題はエレベーター。一機しかなく、時間帯によっては満員で乗れない事が何度かあった。アジア系の団体客が多く宿泊していた印象。

Dans l’ensemble la chambre était semblable à d’autres chambres d’hôtel japonaises de ce prix. Très petite, pas de place pour stocker les valises. Le matelas mériterait d’être changé. L’emplacement est bon, proche Susukino et Odori, donc c’est vraiment nickel. Par contre il y avait ÉNORMÉMENT de condensation sur la vitre. Ça dégouline sur les rideaux, etc. Je pense que ce n’est pas sain et que cela doit cacher de la moisissure. Je n’étais pas rassurée.

6泊だったので交通の便を重要視していたので、価格も安くとても満喫出来ました。

すすきのから離れているのかと思ったがそんな事はなく、周辺にはコンビニや飲食店も多かったので便利だと思った。 部屋にも冷蔵庫もあったしシャンプーやソープ以外に洗顔用のローションで髭もそれたので良かったしお茶やコーヒーも用意されていてロビーではそれ以外で必要な物を自由に取れる様なのでその点も良いと思いました。

お部屋の清掃は、されていたのですが 水回りや壁にシミがあり清潔感が少し感じられませんでした。 後、出来れば洗濯乾燥機があれば良いなと思いました。
