The manager is friendly. She took care of any issues I had. Upstair roooms are nicer then downstairs. Beach is across the street but you have to walk down a bit to get to the open beach access spot.

Pretty good value for the price. Everything was pretty clean, but there was still clearly a roach infestation. Until they post proof of extermination, I would pack a can of Raid.

Wasn't informed about a $250 security deposit until I arrived at the property. Was unable to check in because I didn't have the extra $$ after paying for the room thru Expedia. They did however Mark down that I checked in and charged me for not one, but 2 days stay! Would never again book here. Piss poor management.

Had a nice 2 day stay. Room was decent size and it was clean!

Had to call to get them to change the sheets as there was blood on them, only got 2 sets of towels even though they knew there was 4 of us staying there. Tried all day Saturday to get in touch with them only to get a call back Saturday night saying no one was at the property that day and they could bring towels in the morning (which is when we we're checking out) which no one did. Roach in the bathroom.

We loved how clean the room was and the balcony was huge. The ocean view from the front is beautiful and the balcony in the back is big and the houses surrounding the studio are very nice. We will definitely be returning.
