Lack of cleaning , bathroom in the room Very outdated 🤢 very small shampoo bottles, no hair dryer. Very poor quality for the price. BUT ☝️ excelent customer service! 100% I just hope they upgrade the room bathrooms like they did the lobby bathrooms. Wanted to upload pictures but it doesn't let me do it. Too expensive to stay here.
I over pay for this hotel water in the bathroom was coming out of the tub into the floor, sink water would come out too, elevator thru the basement parking lot wasn't working, free food wasn't the best it used to be better, the noise between rooms is ridiculous, called to complain desk person didn't answer. One day woke up without water in pipes and nobody bothered to let guess what was happening until my husband came down and asked them what was going on why we didn't have any running water.

We were greeted as VIPS & git an upgraded room with a nice view. The hotel has fee parking, is in a convenient location with a karge varisty of restaurant in walking distance. It is right at the beach.

This Hotel has so much Potential, yet its one of the worse I've stayed in. I upgraded my room to a Jr. Suite and even that one was awful. So hot with no AC. Doors and windows don't work properly. My Bath Tub had No curtain and water splashed all over the bathroom, and they only provided 1towel per person. I don't recommend this place at all. The only good thing here was breakfast.

Fuimos de Los Angeles y solo pasaríamos una noche, hicimos check in, la habitación olía mal, las ropa de cama la pusieron humeda, la televisión no encendido, y x último la persona k nos atendió en el estacionamiento nos tomo los datos del carro según el “x si se quebraba algún espejo,se pinchaba una llanta o encendía una luz” saber en k cuarto estábamos. Pillows were dirty. Rooms had no A/C had to request a fan and never got delivered.... No mini fridge was told they will take one to room and never received it as well. Parking was not the best. The security from parking place was unprofesional and creepy. If you are women and want to stay in a safe place would not recommend this hotel tbh..
