The apartment was well equipped and clean, although only one cleaning visit in a week. It is an apartment block, not really a hotel, no bar or restaurant. The main downside for us was location. It's in the CBD, but no cafes,bars or restaurants nearby bar one steakhouse. So a good base, but a long walk from any touristy stuff

Disappointing for a hotel apparently rated 4.5
Booked for two nights in a premiere room, 2bed with a king and two twin beds. Checked in at almost midnight and was given a room on the 6th floor as it was the only one available. After getting the kids settled in the room I realised it was not what we booked (queen bed) and was very dusty. Was too late to pack our things and swap rooms with two young kids and couldn't be bothered complaining. Very small for what I thought would be bigger. Literally a foot to get around the beds and minor bedroom couldn't even fit the suitcase in it. Will not stay again.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Modern comfortable beds and very spacious. Absolutely loved this property but the only negative that hotel needs to pay attention to was there was a blood stain on carpet in one of the rooms. This I found very off putting and would possibly deter me from staying again. Not hygienic and basically if it can’t be cleaned, replace the carpet. Shame really because everything else was great.

The property was a good size apartment and the staff were nice, however the apartment had minimal furniture and it felt very bare and not very homely. There was no tv in the bedroom, no furniture on the balcony, no chairs at the desk or tv on the wall in the spare lounge/office (no purpose to that room). The light/bathroom fan didn't switch off so had to stay on the whole night. The sink in the main bathroom kept getting blocked. The apartment was in a good location. I stay in Melbourne often, however I probably wouldn't stay in this accommodation again.
