Exceptionally nice hotel and staff for the price. Not a short walk to the Jardín de la Unión (central plaza), but the walk does take you past the best street food in Guanajuato, and the Mercado Hidalgo.

Keep in mind there is no air conditioning and if windows are open there is noise from the busy street. We thought there was parking on site as advertised but it’s 3-4 blocks away. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. For the price the stay was fine.

It is a cute hotel and the service was friendly. The room and cleanliness was acceptable. The only issue I had was the listing says there is parking available. This is incorrect, and the clerk only recommended the closes spot to park which was full. I couldn't find any overnight parking garages, so I had to pay a ticket the next morning for parking over the one hour limit for street parking :(

La ubicación es excelente, las camas son cómodas, pero las almohadas no tanto. Cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento pero se encuentra bastante lejos del edificio. La calle es go ruidosa hasta altas horas de l noche. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno

Estaba algo pesado acceder a su estacionamiento que realmente esta en otro hotel. Tambien si te hospedas en los cuartos que estan seguiditos a la recepción, hay mucho ruido, las paredes dejan pasar el sonido de tooodo lo que pasa. Por ultimo el agua caliente del cuarto iba y venía, duraba como un minuto el chorro caliente y despues frío y después caliente. No regresaría al lugar.
