Great place to stay for the price. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The building is past its prime so the AC isn’t the best but other than that, it is a budget friendly and clean place to stay.

Pues realmente no tuve una buena experiencia en el hotel, primeramente son habitaciones amplias pero muy antiguas, muebles viejos despostillados, la TV Solo con algunos canales de cable muy pobre programación y algunos canales no funcionaban. Pero lo peor fue el Elevador ya demasiado viejo y usado no sirvió nada bien en los días que estuve, fue terrible pues tenía la habitación en el séptimo piso. Ni fue una experiencia grata por el precio de la habitación.

Mi opinión es,porque las señoras de limpieza SIEMPRE tocan las cosas personales en los hoteles del centro en León?como bolsitas de cosméticos,TIRAN BOLSAS que los huéspedes usamos para proteger la ropa de los zapatos usados no hay sentido común para pensar que ESO?lo tienen que respetar,es el único hotel que no le dejé propina a la chica me fui muy molesta

Mi experiencia con este hotel fue excelente. Llegué a la ciudad antes de lo planeado y fui temprano con la intención de dejar mi equipaje en consigna hasta la hora de check in, pero la chica de la recepción fue super comprensiva y amable, checó disponibilidad y me proporcionó la habitación enseguida a pesar del horario. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en el centro de León. La atención de todo el personal fue increíble. Las instalaciones lucen antiguas pero en general todo funciona perfecto y con muy buena limpieza. Lo único que mejoraría sería especificar el tipo de desayuno de antemano, porque para algunas personas puede ser un poquito deficiente, pero de allí en más me quedo con una muy buena impresión. Definitivamente volvería en una futura visita a León.
