Jasmine Front desk, was on top of teservation when I called arriving late, assuring me all was well, to greeting me with water to cool down and helping me relax. She pointed out where to get ice, buffet/dining area and breakfast hours, tv sign on and front desk assistance. She gave me local ATM & restaurants tips & directions in the area, and menus! A complete concierge experience. Jadii front desk was also very friendly, informative, a approachable, she was also helpful in extending me stay, twice! Brian at the front desk helped me with my late night snack purchases, microwave trips and directions. Craig helped with my bags at check in and even filled my ice bucket. Manny, the houseman, was truly my favourite. Very helpful switching out the leaky refrigerator in my room, notifying housekeeping staff to my room, and providing directions to facilities in the hotel. Ms. Bute, Leyla, Lucia, Marta& Mercedes were dream housekeepers, going the extra mile to bring me extra garbage bags, ice, and kept my room, cleaned, vacuumed, polished during my stay. They are assets to your hotel. The breakfast was always well stocked and delicious and the dining lounge was very clean. I also loved the view from my room. All in all, your friendly staff made me feel so comfortable, I decided to extend my stay for 2 days more. I have been a patron of Holiday Inn since 2017, and will continue to be so for years to come.
