We were relocated to this Hotel since we got some issues with the original hotel that we booked, we checked-in early which they have an early check -in fee of P500, fortunately hotels.com gave us an option to refund our money in 15days after, since we were informed that we're not going to pay anything more to this hotel. They upgraded our room into a bigger one. Indeed, the room was big but nothing fancy inside, just a regular room with a bit of furnish, it is clean, wifi is good. We asked if we could avail our breakfast as soon as we arrived, and yes they agreed to give it since we are also checking out early the next day. Just a regular breakfast for one only. Staff, particularly the reception needs to practice customer service, they aren't that polite to respond to their customers.
