Check in was odd, without even greeting us front desk said “I don’t have rooms until 3pm,” I asked if we could pre register and come back for the keys she said no. It was 1:30pm. We parked and went back in to use the restrooms and saw a lady checking in, then my husband asked “so you have rooms ready now?” So she finally asked for our last name and yes room was ready, but she refused to check our reservation 10 mins before. They are a VIP property, and we are gold members and have early check in if available. She gave the keys and no information about the hotel or our reservation. We didn’t even know anything about the wireless had to call the front desk to ask information. Check out is at 11am, as gold members we have guarantee 2h late check out but another front desk agent said she didn’t know anything about late check out and refused to extend. We let it go. Asked the next morning, again “no late check outs available” we explained our gold members status, they agreed to 1 hour. We had discounted parking as a vip property and we had to remind them about it. they honored the discount. Location is great, room is very simple, bed with thin uncomfortable mattress, only two pillows, didn’t feel like a 4 star room. Staff could be friendlier or perhaps more caring.
