Achei inconveniente a demora pois avisado cedo ligando as 7h da manha pelo ocorrido. No almoço nada resolvido Encontrei a camarera no nosso corredor e acredito que essa resolveu .. Porém sugiro que a recepção deveria ter solucionado o ocorrido ate o almoço pois nao foi possível fazer nada durante o almoco ..
