My second stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and kept in excellent order. A nice powerful hot shower and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in the price and very good. Cereals, toast, fresh fruit, and a choice of cooked items. Tea, coffee and juice. A rooftop pool, gym equipment and motor bike rental. Walking distance to the main attractions and the beach. 10/10.

Beware of room key scam
Physically speaking, there was nothing at all wrong with the hotel but the staff/ managememt seemed to have no problem ruining the experience at check out. During the stay, I managed to loose one of my room keys, which was the plastic card type and something we have all experienced with staying in hotels. Because of this, they demanded 500 baht ($15 USD). Apparently this is also something they have in fine print on the cards. This to me is purely a money play since they surely dont cost more than $1 or 2. The entire stay only cost about $40 to begin with. Due to this strategy, I sincerely doubt the integrity of the staff and business. In other words, they’ll get you any way they can. Such a shame they have decided on unethical practices.

An excellent hotel. Big rooms and good size balcony. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel including the rooftop pool was first class. Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. I’ve stayed in many hotels in this price range and this one is the best I’ve found. It’s close to the beach and bar areas so walkable for most things. They have new motorbikes available to rent if you need one.

So much to like about this hotel, staff were the best by far I have experienced very friendly helpful, they even knocked on my door all ladies singing happy birthday and a small cake, they noticed my dob on my passport. Property is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and have comfortable beds with good water pressure and controlled temperature in shower. 2 nights we could hear noise from hallway stairwell and other rooms when we were trying to sleep after 11:00 pm. Parking is very limited for only about 6 cars and 6 motor bikes. The roof top salt water pool is nice but over salted with no deep end and closes at 7:00 pm I feel 10:09 pm is more appropriate. There are comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing and sun bathing. Staff at desk will only give 1 key card to access room so I had to leave my key card at the front desk when I went out with friends so my girlfriend could get back in the room when she finished work. The first night I forgot to leave the key and she had to sit in the stairwell waiting for me to return because the staff at the desk would not let her in the room even though she checked in with me and gave her identification along with mine. Very disturbing that I paid for a room for 2 people and would not let her in. Breakfast is from 7:00 am - 10:00 am. If you want to eat get there before 8:45 because the food at buffet style breakfast begins to run out and they do not seem to want to add more items like stir fried dishes and bacon. I feel that there are better choices in Hua Hin for that price. Hotel is within short walking distance to many bars, restaurants and the beach and I believe that is what you are paying for.

Godt forhold mellem pris og kvalitet
Vi har her i januar/februar 2025 haft endnu et fantastisk vinterferie ophold på relativt nye, klinisk rene, centralt beliggende familiehotel i Hua Hin. Når vi giver hotellet 5 stjerner er det ikke fordi det er på niveau med Hilton, Centara eller Intercontinental i samme by. Men det er prisen altså heller ikke. På Baan Nilrath er forholdet mellem pris og kvalitet virkelig til 5 stjerner. Eneste lille anke er, at den fri wifi er lidt svag på den etage vi boede på. Men det ændrer ikke ved et samlet flot indtryk. Og at vi helt sikkert vender tilbage igen næste år. :-)

Mycket nöjda!
Ett trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal, fin service och mycket rent och fräscht! Enkelsängarna var lite hårda men vi vande oss efter en tid. Fräscht och lugnt poolområde på taket. Frukosten var helt okej, det enda vi kunde önskat var annat pålägg än marmelad, men detta var nog ganska standard. Goda ägg och bacon och fin service även här. Helhetsintrycket var mycket bra och vi kan tänka oss att återkomma.
