Lovely setting
Lovely setting next to the sea and woodland making it ideal to walk to Follonica and enjoy a walk in the shady in the woodland. Nice and quiet in May. Very clean swimming pools and surroundings.

It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children.

Bella struttura immersa nella pineta. La parte residence è un po' penalizzata, completamente staccata dalla parte hotel dove ci sono la maggior parte dei servizi, le piscine e l'animazione. Anche il parcheggio, esterno alle strutture, non è molto comodo per il residence. L' è consentito solo il carico e scarico dei bagagli.

Struttura complessivamente gradevole, anche se, a livello di "stelle", un po generose. I villini del residence si trovano a circa 400 mt dal corpo centrale del villaggio, risultando scomodi, mancando un collegamento interno alla pineta, per raggiungere sia le piscine che i parcheggi. Spiaggia, non gestita dall'hotel e quindi a pagamento, non particolarmente attrezzata e scarsamente pulita. La camera assegnataci, sebbene avessi fatto notare la prenotazione, non era del tipo previsto. Armadio non utilizzabile dato il cattivo odore che emanava aprendolo, cuscini di una scomodità mai vista, frigo con la porta che non chiudeva perfettamente. Costante compagnia di zanzare, formiche e qualche scarafaggio. Presenza, nonostante fosse indicata come struttura dove gli animali non fossero ammessi, di cani di tutte le taglie (presente anche un piccolo park dog all'ingresso). Per il resto, avendovi soggiornato il meno possibile, ho potuto godere delle bellezze della splendida Toscana.

We had a nice stay, but would concider the Hotel rather 3 star then 4 star. Rooms are very basic but very clean. We had half accomondation and added one day also lunch at 26 Euro extra per person and 19 Euro for child, this is very overpriced! Big buffé of starters and 2 choices of maincourse and one dessert everything made for children, no seasoning whatsoever. Same type of food with more or less same starters in the evening , every evening and the dessert always a sort of a cake.

Perfetto per soggiorno con figli
Soluzione ottimale per vacanze con figli, meno adatto a coppie di soli adulti se non amano la festosità' dei bambini. Settimana gradevole, tutto comodo, sia il ristorante che la spiaggia. Cucina abbastanza varia di qualità discreta, con molta buona frutta a disposizione, anche a colazione. L'auto va lasciata nel parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, si deve attraversare una statale un po' buia e trafficata ma se non usate spesso l'auto non è un grosso problema, almeno all'interno del villaggio i bambini camminano tranquillamente in quanto le auto non circolano. Gli animatori sono attivi, bravi e coinvolgono senza essere invadenti. Nel complesso se desiderate una settimana di spiaggia comoda, dove i ragazzini trovano compagnia e non avete grosse pretese, questo e' il posto giusto. Abbiamo utilizzato la formula hotel, le stanze sono semplici ma confortevoli, con tutto il necessario, di buona metratura e tutte con balcone o spazio esterno. Il residence invece ho visto che è staccato e quindi chi vi alloggia deve amare le passeggiate.

Siamo partiti in 4 , il posto è bello ,pulito,le camere spaziose e pulite ,non è dispersivo ,le piscine pulite e non ghiacciate ,la spiaggia pulita e attrezzata il mare ad altezza bambino per 30 mt ti fa stare tranquilla , il buffet ricco e vario si mangia bene , c'è una pista ciclabile che porta in paese sotto la pineta ,con possibilità di prendere le bici in hotel dotate di seggiolini per i bambini

Ho soggiornato in hotel per una sola notte. L'albergo merita tutte le 4 stelle. Le camere sono molto spaziose, pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort. La colazione abbondantissima, è possibile trovare di tutto sia dolce che salato. A due passi dalla spiaggia.

Struttura confortevole di recente costruzione. Posizione comoda sia per l'accesso dietto alla spiaggia che per la vicinanza a Follonica. Camere comode e pulite ma arredamento un po' essenziale. Colazione abbondante con barista compreso per espressi o cappuccini. Per il tipo di struttura e le tariffe applicate, il noleggio delle biciclette a disposizione all'interno ed i lettini ed ombrelloni della spiaggia adiacente al villaggio dovrebbero esser compresi nella quota o gratuiti per gli ospiti.

Splendida posizione fra verde e mare
Dopo esser stati ricevuti molto cordialmente abbiamo avuto la prima delusione non essendoci stata assegnata una camera fronte mare come richiesto un mese fa tramite vostro. La differenza fra le stanze fronte mare e quelle sul retro e'notevole! Abbiamo potuto vederlo con i nostri occhi allorché sono arrivati (il giorno dopo!) degli stranieri che hanno lasciato la porta aperta per scaricare i bagagli ......per fortuna una bella passeggiata sul mare e un drink al ritorno ai margini della piscina ci hanno riconciliato con l'ambiente veramente splendido paesaggisticamente ....! Una bella doccia (anche se un po' "datata") e un po'di televisione ci hanno preparato per la cena...un piccolo inconveniente il mancato funzionamento della cassaforte per una pila da sostituire ...con comodo! al ritorno troviamo il piccolo frigorifero vuoto per cui sono dovuto scendere in pigiama e addirittura uscire all'aperto perché l'unico bar in funzione era quello della Piscina !(il tutto per una bottiglia di acqua minerale!').per ultimo,al ritorno dopo mezzanotte abbiamo dovuto aspettare vari minuti finché il portiere di notte non ci ha detto che avevano cambiato il codice per accedere al parcheggio dell'hotel!
