Not what we expected
We were not satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast experience was frustrating, with far too many people waiting in long lines, it felt chaotic. Additionally, the room left much to be desired. There was an unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to feel comfortable, and the towels were worn out and in dire need of replacement. This hotel, for how much we ended up paying, didn’t meet our expectation.

Great stay in this great city!
Great stay, with excellent view! Picked this hotel to be walking distance from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Although it rained, we had a great time. The hotel gave us a free breakfast and a couple of free drinks. Breakfast buffet was great, and so was the bar service, but drinks were ridiculously expensive. Almost $50 for 2 simple drinks. I guess that’s how it iis everywhere in NYC.
