Quattro stelle in caduta libera...

Innanzitutto bisognerebbe essere chiari fin da subito... In questo hotel la formula :"All inclusive" va tradotta in colazione, pranzo cena in modalità self-service (e da un hotel 4 stelle non te lo aspetti). L'aria condizionata non funzionava ovvero per la sua accensione dovevamo ogni volta contattare la reception (a causa di un malfunzionamento al piano). L'acqua delle piscine è gelida.. e per chi ha figli piccoli risultano quindi non fruibili... Quello che rattrista di più è che la struttura è rinnovata da poco... purtroppo l'organizzazione non è adeguata alla struttura...

schöne Hotel in der Stadt

Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gäste sind zum Teil arrogant und haben wenig Anstand !!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per l'evento Arco Bonsai. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la mostra. Colazione abbondante sia italiana che internazionale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Dejligt hotelophold. God service. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Okay hotelværelse, pænt og rent. Dejlig beliggenhed i Arco centrum. Okay morgenmad. Dejlig pool, dog manglede der solvogne. Vi havde glædet os til hotellets wellness faciliteter. Men meget ærgerligt, at vi ikke kunne booke en tid til massage og manicure/pedicure, selvom vi forsøgte at få booket en tid allerede dagen efter ankomst. Ærgerligt at hotellet ved ankomst ikke gjorde mere opmærksom på ture B la. tur til Venedig.

De locatie en het eten niets op aan te merken. Echter ook veel minpunten: ongeïnteresseerd personeel, geen ligmogelijkheden rondom zwembad, binnenbad gesloten, fietsverhuur heel beperkt, kamers absoluut niet schoon en gehorig, kortom veel meer van te maken met een stukje investering en gemotiveerd personeel, gemiste kans dus. Een hotel waar we nooit meer naar terugkeren, jammer.....Arco zelf is een leuke plaats om te vertoeven

Nice place, a little basic, but if you want a decent place close to town to put your head down for a reasonable price. Some friends stayed nearby in a different hotel, for more money, and it wasn't as nice as here!!!
