Great for an overnight stay before our flight. There is a restaurant offering small or large buffet dinners and full or continental breakfast. There is also a small bar area to relax. The room was compact but had everything we needed.

10/10 Exceptional

We found it easy to find the hotel even after late arrival at Porto Airport. It is a short stroll from the arrivals hall. We had a double room with all we needed for one overnight stay. All was very good during the stay. What we especially liked was the helpful and hostpitable staff at the reception and in the breakfast buffet room. No doubts will stay here once we are back in Porto. Many thanks.

6/10 Good

Rooms were good and the location was great. Buffet dinner was perfect for what we needed but was expensive. The staff in the restaurant were great but reception staff were rude. They were quite unhelpful. They also charged us €3 for our 16 month old for the transfer which felt excessive

4/10 Fair

I had two room reservation under Stallard. It was our last night of a 2 and a half week trip to Europe. My husband and I (Timothy and Karol Stallard) had a great experience with your hotel and breakfast buffet. However, our family member couple (Reservation for Adriel Stallard) said that their air conditioner didn’t work and I specifically got an upgraded room so that they could have a coffee maker. They said that didn’t work either. The shuttle service was seamless and your hotel staff was excellent. One suggestion: we had many pieces of luggage so a luggage cart would have been very helpful.
