What an amazing stay at the RIU Concordia. Staff are so lovely, from room staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception. The food in the restaurant is superb. So fresh, hot and the best choice. Drinks at the bar had plenty of choice, cocktails made fresh which were amazing and reasonably priced.

I love to stay in this Hotel, and what I liked most was the friendliness of all the Hotel's employees. Made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. The only downside, as I was on a business trip, was that the breakfast didn't open early. If it started at least at 7:30 am, it would be a good time. So I needed to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Property was really nice. Area has a sports bar which is quite noisy during football matches. There is little soundproofing between room and doors so ear plugs a must. Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside.

Poor service and a lot of additional extra to pay for, e.g. the safe in the room. Unacceptable for a 4* Hotel. Poor and unhealthy food. You have to wear a Plastic wristband for half board. The permanent plastic wristband was not mention before and reduced the overall vacation and experiences. Unacceptable and never again RIU Concordia.

Alles war sehr gut , bis leider gestern am Morgen vor der frühen Abreise die Dame vom Service uns , als wir um 7.00h zum Frühstück kamen äußerst unfreundlich weder Kaffee , noch Brot geben wollte ( es war nichts mehr da) ( Zusage war, bis 7.30h sollte ein leichtes Frühstück mit Brot, Kaffee und Aufschnitt möglich sein) sie schimpfte und war nicht bereit uns das Frühstück mit Brot aufzufüllen! Verschwand in der Küche und kam nicht zurück! Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns auf den Abreisetag anders vorbereitet! Wir hätten uns abends was im Supermarkt gekauft ! So mussten wir Stunden später im Flughafen Sandwich und Kaffee kaufen ! Eine Zusage muss man einhalten!!!!! Kein schöner Umgang ! Schade , denn die letzten Momente waren so ärgerlich , wie sonst nichts in der Unterkunft ! Mit dieser Dame im Service versaut ihr euch den guten Ruf ! Leider bleibt nach einer schönen Zeit die Erinnerung an einen scheußlichen Abschied!

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, sauber und verfügt über ein ansprechendes Ambiente. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte. Eine Möglichkeit auf den Zimmern einen Kaffe zu kochen wäre schön. Das Frühstück am Abreisetag war mangelhaft. Es gab leider nur trockenen Toast
