Razoável
Razoável. Ficamos em um quarto bem simples com vosta para estacionamento. As paredes eram um pouco sujas, os móveis bem velhos, poucas tomadas e as que tinham ainda apresentavam defeitos, estavam folgadas. O elevador estava com manitenaco em dia segundo a data que estava lá mas nao passava segurança, andamos bastante pelas escadas que tbm estavam com os corrimões soltos. O hotel estava passando por manutenção no período que nos hospedamos mas parevia que estva abandonado por bastante tempo. Em relação a limpeza não tenho o que dizer estava tudo muito limpinho. Com relação a localização as duas ruas que dão acesso ao hotéis estao bem ruins, não tem iluminação a noite o que torna a experiência um pouco ruim pra quem pretende voltar tarde da noite poos nao passa segurança.

Precisa de cuidados, consertos e reformas
O hotel está mal cuidado. Elevadores que não funcionam direito, não param em alguns andares, quebrados e mal cuidados. Quartos com paredes sujas, móveis quebrados, cortinas ruins, portas quebradas. Café da manhã ruim, de má qualidade e com pouca variedade. Idosos e cadeirantes não conseguem tomar café. O acesso ao restaurante é apenas por escadas. Apesar de mal cuidado e precisando de consertos e reformas, tem alguns pontos positivos. A localização não é ruim. Apesar da tua ser esburacada, o que não é responsabilidade do hotel, fica perto da praia. Tem estacionamento gratuito, a piscina sempre limpa, cama confortável, chuveiro quente e muito bom, checkin e checkout rápidos e práticos, ar condicionado novo, limpo e gelando, frigobar TB.
