Had better had worse clean place to lay head
It was a short notice stay… rooms was way out dated and room had funny smell but once it cooled off in room smell died down to where u could tolerate it… room had plenty of sleeping space 3 queen beds and sleeper couch…

Checked in and went to the room. Opened the door and the stench that came out the door was enough for us to leave. Went down to the front desk and left. Had to find another place to stay.

I stayed for a total of 3 weeks for work. Out of 3 weeks I had a night where I got into my room and the bed wasn’t clean. The hotel was sold out so there were no other rooms available. It was a long day and I was already exhausted. I talked to the manager, and they personally went and cleaned the room up for me and got me situated. Not a lot of hotels will have that happened. Just the extra care to get me taken care of meant a lot. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for the eclipse. The only good things I can really say are that 1) the desk clerk was very friendly and she really tried to help us with our various room issues, and 2) our confirmed room rate was honored, as we booked a year in advance and prices had been jacked up to $300/night for the eclipse (though we did receive phone calls last fall telling us they didn't intend to honor our confirmed rate). The room we were given wasn't worth $50/night. Rooms keys kept failing, bathroom door wouldn't close completely and scraped the floor hard when opening/closing, no remote control for the TV, a non-working refrigerator, and lights that randomly came on by themselves. We ended up cutting our stay short and left a day early.

Eclipse stay
We were staying over the night of eclipse and for a room that only cost you 70$ a night was priced gouged to almost 400$, ridiculous!! Especially for a room that doesnt deserve the normal 70$ they charge. You can see where they've patched holes throughout the room the bathroom door had a big hole in it and all was just poorly painted over. Went to turn in key card and no one was even at the desk. Lesson learned would never stay there again
