Had some difficulty finding the hotel as it doesn't appear to be well known! There is a Golden Park Hotel next door to the Ibis Budget on the same street, so all taxis, buses etc., think that is where we wanted. It's a very long street and the hotels are at opposite ends. Nevertheless, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, finding someone to speak English if we had any queries. The room we were given was very small with a window looking onto a brick wall and lots of pipes - not very inspiring for a tourists first visit to a city. Bed was comfortable enough, bathroom rather dark, but shower good and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is a buffet, acceptable but not exciting. Hotel is quite well placed for exploring the historic quarter. There is a room terrace with a couple of tables and several chairs, but no bar or food service - take your own.
