Staff was very friendly! Our only complaint about our stay was the air conditioning system. Ours did not work in our room and we even had an upgraded room and it was mid July so extremely hot in Mexico. We would complain to our butler several times but they didn’t jump to the needs of the air conditioner.

Everyone from the cleaners, maintenance guys, chefs, hosts , were all so kind and on top of things. The property itself is beautiful and has many cool wild life that just hung around. The TRS experience is definitely the best as far as what we were looking for. Top notch property, top notch staff.
