Great view of Sea
Was an excellent suite. Two full bathrooms (master with tub and hallway with shower). Huge balcony with large table and fantastic view. Breakfast buffet was basic stuff (less than the extensive ones found at the more popular properties which costs more). Pool was closed due to fall p/winter.

Great hotel
Great hotel, the most stunning sunset view! Delicious breakfast with a great variety! Excellent location. The kitchenette area isn't very clean, and the furniture is old, but will definitely return.

Really lovely hotel, considering what's around. However, I would give it solid four stars, not five. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Apart the view which was a 10/10, the room itself was not in a very good condition as described. You pay for the view but definitely not for the service or room you get.

Family vacation at the beach in Netanya.
The view was amazing from the 16th floor. Pool was empty so no swimming.Elevator to beach did not work so had to walk over a mile to find a beach. Breakfast was ok but not spectacular like most hotels in Israel. I would not term the suites as luxurious but the price of a room was expensive.

10/10 Exceptional

We've been there many times before and we keep coming back because we love the luxurious suite overlooking the Mediterranean. It is also accessible to the Sanz community in Netanya so it is convenient to prayer services and shopping at Ikea and a large beautiful mall. We were unhappy with the fact that they reduced maintenance services and don't make up the room every day.

4/10 Fair

The website should state that accomadations (beach, pool, etc) is seasonal and not have you find out after you pay. Also, there's no cultery or dishes in the rooms. I had other options and chose this hotel only because of the post. Very disappointed considering the price and how kuch it cost to travel the distance to amd frol the airport.

8/10 Very good

We stayed at the Island for 8 nights on the tail end of our Israel trip. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you want to do in Netanya and 30 minutes from Tel Aviv and 30 minutes from Cesasrea. The staff was amazing. Yoram at security was always smiling kind and helpful. The front desk was always helpful with whatever we needed. The food will leave you wanting more. The breakfast buffet was often stale and old. Flies could be seen on the food and the staff was more focused on their phones then helping guests. We would return to the hotel and likely skip the breakfast and go to nearby cafes that have fresher food and better service.

10/10 Exceptional

The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. The pool was clean. Lots of beach chairs. Nice ocean breeze at the pool. Our suite was clean. The beds were comfortable The porch is large with lounge chairs and large table and chairs. Gorgeous sunsets from the porch The staff was friendly and helpful I would advise the hotel to replace the metal coffee table. It is pretty but too low. We kept bumping into the corners The tayelet, walking path near the ocean has been upgraded by the city. Nice restaurant ambience with outside seating. Pizza shop, burger and steak house, ice cream shop, nice dairy restaurant, even a shop to buy cookies, soda, sunscreen etc Good place to stay. Parking garage too

Nice but not so luxurious
The room is very spacious, and the view is amazing, but the overall room condition was not that good. There were no lights in our balcony, there was a leak from one of the showers even though we did not use it and the refrigerator was stink.
karin, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Room available over an hour late. Made up for 2 people when there were 3 of us. Had to ask for additional towels. No cutlery, crockery or pans in the kitchenette so not sure what this was for! Whilst the pool was lovely, the music was so loud you could still hear it with personal earphones on max! Found a used sanitary towel in the second room. TV in main bedroom not on the wall straight. TV signal was poor. Most of this was reported to the reception but we got the usual Israeli shrug! Not really as good as I’d expect at this price!

Wonderful stay.❤️
The suite was delightful, clean and well maintained. Lounge kitchenette and separate bedroom with large en-suite bathroom in addition to guest shower room. The extremely large decked balcony had a large table and chairs and a panoramic view of the sea and Netanya and importantly was very private and not overlooked by other guests. Breakfast was delicious the service was superb and there was a lot of choice. Limor from customer services was walking around and asking guests if they were satisfied - impressive! The service in the hotel was excellent and everything we requested was attended to promptly( the problem with the safe was dealt with immediately. We had 2 minor complaints: the lounge tv was difficult to use and no cutlery plates or utensils were provided. We completely understand that this is due to Kashrut but no disposables were provided and the description of the room says Kitchenette but should add that there are no utensils to allow guests who so wish to come prepared. These were minor issues and other than these it was a perfect stay. We would definitely return.

Poor service poor hotel avoid !
The guy from the reception was rude didn’t recognise the hotels.Com gold benefits and say “we don’t know it so we won’t except it and wast not willing to check (upgrade of the room the hotel was empty) The room was dirty many flys and pieces of food under bed and sofa. There is no baby bath to the room , the pool was close because of holiday so they closed also the erea around so there was no place to sit , the kid club is a joke there is nothing inside better not write kids clubs . It’s not beach hotel there is no way to get to the beach it’s on the cliff the nearest beach is 30 min walking!!! and there is no aces to old people or strollers !!!, was nightmare

I wanted to really like this property and it has some pros and cons. The location is perfect. It is beautiful. Sits right on the Mediterranean. It is an easy walk to an ATM and the beach and a cafe/bakery. We checked in a day early for a tour that we were meeting a group for. They were very nice to let us check in and keep our same room the next night when the tour group arrived so we didn't have to move. The front desk girl was very nice to do that. She let me go and fill up my water bottle in the staff room where it was filtered. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view but the locks on the sliding glass doors did not work. There were 2 sets and neither worked. so maintenance could be doing a better job. The pool was not the best imho. I stepped in gum that had been melting there for a while. It was gross. I had to pull it off with my fingers. The guy at the pool couldn't have cared less. I cannot believe that the pool deck wasn't cleaner. they also had the worst rap music playing loudly all day. I heard the F bomb for hours by the pool b/c of their choice of music. It was ridiculous and unnecessary. it made our time there very unpleasant. The food was good ...we had breakfast and dinner there. We needed more cash and they didn't seem to know how to help us get more using an American credit card. They wouldn't let us charge it to our room so we started walking and found an ATM down the way. Over all i'd give it a 3/5stars.
edward, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. I know that Israel has lower standards in general (I live in Israel) but even for Israel, this hotel is ridiculous. It’s comparable to just barely a 3 star hotel, honestly maybe even 2 stars. The only nice thing about the rooms is the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Besides that, the rooms are dirty, broken and have mold. The towels smell disgusting. The bed was so nasty, I didn’t feel comfortable even laying on it. The mattress and pillows and seriously gross. The sheets aren’t even on the mattress in a manner that properly covers the mattress. The spa is as also disgusting, and the massage was not up to par. The bathroom in the spa is so gross, and the masseuse literally didn’t even ask my any questions prior to the massage - which is very standard anywhere in the world (I get massages all the time at various hotels all around the world, including in Israel). The price is so not worth it, I think the hotel should be shut down. OH HOW CAN I FORGET: The lights on the balcony weren’t working, they wouldn’t turn on. They sent someone up to fix it, and the guy just OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED INTO OUR ROOM while we were sitting in the room. I almost called the police. He fixed the light, left a huge mess out on the balcony, and then said the lights aren’t able to be turned off because the switch isn’t working properly. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had, such a waste of my money
